The Tubing Nibbler is designed for forming tube ends for 1/2 I.D.
or larger. The high speed tooling cuts material up to 1/8 mild
steel. Interchangeable die anvils are available in 1/4 increments
from 1/2 to 2.
Acetate templates can be made of slightly larger tubing to slip over
the part to be cut, by splitting then expanding a same size tube or
using a larger diameter tubing. Clamping of template to the tubing
is easy by use of a simple hose clamp. Adjustable stroke height
allows for template tracing and punch sharpening.
